The following sets out the terms and conditions (“terms”) under which the user or customer (“you”) may use this website (https://www.smarterfighter.com) and/or purchase any subscription for online courses and instructional materials (“products”) from Sifu Martin. Your use of this website constitutes your agreement to these terms. If you do not agree to any of the terms set out on this page, do not use or register on this website.

Sifu Martin reserves the right to make any change, update, or modification to these terms at any time without prior notice, so you should check these terms regularly. Your continued use of this website or subscription to our products constitutes your agreement to the updated terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you should stop using this website or our products.

Our products

1. The products sold through this website include online courses and instructional materials for Practical Wing Chun.

2. The use of our products should be considered as a high-risk activity and participation is at your own risk. You agree to consult a physician before following the instructional materials provided on this website. Sifu Martin shall not be held liable for any injury or other unfavorable outcomes resulting from any misconduct in relation to the products offered on this website.

3. You may avail of our products by purchasing a monthly subscription for our online courses. The training videos, content, and materials included in your subscription will be made available to you when you log in using the email address and password you have provided, upon verification of your complete payment.

4. Sifu Martin cannot guarantee that all content, functions, and materials within this website are fault-free and without any inaccuracy or errors.

5. Sifu Martin reserves the right to modify any part of the products offered on this website provided that the modification does not materially reduce the content and quality of the products.

Cancellation and refund

6. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your subscription is automatically renewed through your preferred payment method every month unless you cancel.

7. You may still log in to your account after you cancel your subscription, but you will no longer have full and unlimited access to our products.

8. Your account will be closed after one year of cancelling your subscription unless you re-subscribe within that period.

9. No Refunds Policy:

We want to be transparent about our policies, and it’s important to note that we do not offer refunds. Once a purchase is made, it is considered final. Be sure to thoroughly explore our offerings and features before making a commitment.

We currently offer a 7-days 100% money back guarantee on our Siu Lim Tau course in Smarter Fighter Academy. That means that for the first 7 days after your purchase you can ask for a 100% refund. After 7-days the purchase are final.

10. Free Trials:

Occasionally we offer free trials to give you the opportunity to experience our services risk-free. During this period, you can explore all the features and functionalities without any financial obligation. If, for any reason, you decide that our services are not the right fit for you, you can cancel your trial within the trial period.

11. Cancel Anytime:

We understand that circumstances may change, and flexibility is important. With Smarter Fighter Academy, you have the freedom to cancel your subscription at any time. Whether during the trial period or after subscribing, you are in control of your account, and cancellation is just a click away.

12. Responsibility for Trial Cancellation:

It is your responsibility to manage your subscription and cancel the trial if you decide not to continue with our services. We do not automatically cancel trials, ensuring that you have full control over your account status.

Limitation of liability

13. Sifu Martin’s liability to you from any damages or losses as a result of our breach of these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product directly involved in the damage or loss.

Intellectual property

14. All content and materials available on this site, including text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, and videos, are the property of Sifu Martin and are protected by applicable intellectual property rights and laws.

15. Any material provided to you by Sifu Martin as part of your subscription to our products is for your personal and non-commercial use only.

Jurisdiction

Termination

21. You may terminate these terms at any time by cancelling your subscription or by not using this website, provided that previous subscriptions and prior uses of this website are still covered by these terms.

Lifetime access

22. Lifetime access to one or more of our online courses means that the customer has unlimited access to the course for the lifetime of the company. Additionally, the customer is guaranteed a minimum period of 12 months' access to the course from the date of purchase.

Please note that 'lifetime of the company' is defined as the period during which Smarter Fighter Academy continues its operations as an active business and offers the course. In the event of the company's cessation or liquidation, lifetime access to the course can no longer be guaranteed.

It is important to note that lifetime access to the course is personal and cannot be transferred to another person or entity.

By purchasing lifetime access to our online course, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

Note: Updates and constant development

This course is based on my ideas at the time it’s being filmed. I constantly study, train and test Martial Art and is therefore in constant developments. Therefore I will continuously update the course according to my progress. In that way you can follow me on my discoveries and development.

“Wing Chun” means “praising spring” or “eternal spring” which can be interpreted as “praising development” or “eternal development”. It’s about constant and never ending improvement. The willingness to not just to be open and adapt to changes but seeking improvement and valuing changes, is the essens if you want true mastery.
